At Universal Future Career, we aim to provide the highest quality coaching for bank and government exam preparations. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course or purchasing any study material.
- No Refund on Digital Products
We do not provide refunds for:
• Online courses
• Video lectures
• E-books or PDFs
• Test series
• Downloadable study materials
Once access is granted, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
- Classroom / Offline Courses
Refunds for classroom programs are allowed only under the following conditions:
• If the batch is cancelled by the institute.
• If classes do not start within 7 days of the scheduled start date.
In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided.
No refund will be issued if:
• You miss classes
• You drop out voluntarily
• You are dissatisfied after attending classes
- Payment Errors
If you are charged twice for a single transaction or face a technical payment error, please contact us within 48 hours with:
• Payment ID
• Screenshot
• Registered email or phone number
After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
- Transfer of Course
Instead of a refund, students may request:
• Batch transfer
• Course upgrade (extra charges may apply)
Transfers are allowed only once and are subject to availability.
- Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used during the purchase within 7–10 working days.
